New construction of a multi-story mixed use building in East Boston.  Consisting of a ground floor restaurant, second floor yoga studio and two floors of apartments above, as well as restaurant roof terrace, the project replaces a one story concrete block industrial building and provides needed redevelopment for the site and neighboring streets.

Wood and masonry play an important role in the exterior of the building, as the Owner desired to pay homage to the original family-run woodworking business that once occupied the site.
