A renovation to an existing 28,000 square foot industrial warehouse building to accommodate the headquarters of a general contracting and electrical construction company.  The 10,000 square feet of new office space includes private offices, a printing center, conference rooms for both large and small collaborative groups, an employee cafe, and open office space for project managers and construction planning personnel.
